Information for exhibitors 2025

You will receive an information letter by email with practical information, the day’s program, your location and an overview map of the festival areas. You will receive the information letter on July 1st.

The tents measure 3m x 3m and are shared between two ceramists. A table (approx. 180cm x 80cm) will be provided for each ceramist.

All other equipment is your own bringing:
You can bring your own tablecloths, etc. and are also welcome to bring your own podiums or anything else you want to exhibit on. It may be a good idea to bring extra support for the tables to make them level. Also remember a chair if you need to sit during the day.
