Competition Terms and Conditions

These competition rules apply to competitions offered by Keramikfestival.

The competitions are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, and no purchase is necessary.

CONTACT

All winners will be contacted directly via Facebook Messenger. Personal data is treated confidentially and will not be disclosed to third parties. After the competition has ended, the winner has 5 days to respond to the enquiry from Keramikfestival. If the enquiry is not answered within the deadline, the right to the prize will lapse, and Keramikfestival reserves the right to draw a new winner.

PUBLICATION OF WINNERS’ NAMES

The winner will be announced on Keramikfestival’s Facebook and Instagram pages.

DELIVERY/SHIPPING OF PRIZES

The prizes will be dispatched as soon as possible directly to the winner.

PRIZE TAX

Keramikfestival will pay the statutory prize taxes triggered by the competition. Read more about these taxes at skat.dk.

EXCHANGE/COMPLAINTS

The prizes are not covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act and cannot be exchanged for other goods, cash, or gift cards.

CHANGES TO COMPETITION TERMS

Keramikfestival reserves the right at any time to cancel, change, or postpone the competition (including all prizes) if the competition cannot be carried out as described.

RESERVATIONS

Employees and volunteers of Keramikfestival, as well as their family members and households, may not participate in the competition. We reserve the right to disqualify participants in cases of cheating, manipulation, or breaches of Danish law.
